At Apex Radio Diagnostic Centre, we strive to provide timely and efficient diagnostic imaging services to all patients. This Appointment & Cancellation Policy outlines our scheduling procedures to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
1. Booking an Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by visiting our diagnostic center. Submitting an online appointment request does not guarantee confirmation until our team verifies availability and confirms the booking.
2. Arrival Time
Patients are advised to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time for registration, documentation, and preparation for the imaging procedure.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. However, depending on scheduling availability, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients.
5. Missed Appointments
Patients who miss appointments without prior notice may be required to reschedule and could experience limited availability for future bookings.
6. Emergency Situations
In case of medical emergencies or urgent imaging needs, please contact our center directly so we can prioritize your case where possible.
7. Preparation for Imaging Procedures
Certain diagnostic imaging procedures may require specific preparation instructions such as fasting, medication adjustments, or clothing requirements. Our team will provide these instructions when confirming your appointment.
